About the role

We are currently looking to recruit a Microsoft 365 Admin – Exchange Migration Specialist with a specialism in Exchange Hybrid and Exchange to Exchange Hybrid migrations, with an opportunity to be part of our rapidly expanding Microsoft eco system.

The role will include an initial focus on completing in flight migrations and ownership of email services at the Society. There will then be a great opportunity to be involved in shaping our growing set of Microsoft Services including but not limited to Teams, Office 365, Sharepoint Online, Intune, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and more.

Your will be part of a team of 4 (including the Team Leader) who work on transformational activities within the colleague Platform encompassing Email services, endpoint management, teams and productivity tooling. The role will also involve coaching and mentoring of colleagues in the run and request fulfilment teams acting as an expert in the products and tools used.

What will you bring to the role?

  •  You are an experienced Exchange Admin Infrastructure Specialist with experience of migrating people from an “On-Prem” to a hybrid Exchange Online environment.
  • You are an experienced IT professional with a sound, broad knowledge of IT systems from a technical and business perspective.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Knowledge of Teams, Office 365, SharePoint Online, Intune, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI etc.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
