Skills for Care is the strategic workforce development and planning body for adult social care in England. About the role .
This role is an ideal opportunity for passionate and dynamic individuals looking to help shape the future of the social care workforce. You will have a broad remit which will require you to work with colleagues across Skills for Care s different teams and directorates to Lead, design, deliver and support engagement and communication projects, programmes and activity, in support of key contracts and priorities. The post holder will be responsible for:
You will enjoy matrix working and contributing to multiple projects, requiring different levels of leadership, input and support, as well as have the proven ability to collaborate with colleagues and stakeholders, managing and working through ambiguity.
This role is homebased, and can be based anywhere in England. The successful candidate will be required to travel nationally as required.
