As a Customer Service Executive, you won't be bound by a script. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test here, as each call will be unique, allowing you to showcase your expertise and service. From order to delivery and beyond, you'll be the go-to contact for drivers in your client portfolio. Handling a wide range of queries via phone and email, you'll become an expert on everything from vehicle orders and pricing to solving in-life vehicle questions. Previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales is key, but of equal importance are confidence, creative problem-solving skills, proficient IT capabilities, a positive attitude, and a strong team player mindset.

So, what will you be doing?

  • You'll be the first point of contact for drivers who need to get hold of Zenith. So you can expect to be on the phones, but also being able to come back to email queries promptly and professionally. They will want a cheery, friendly voice on the other end of the phone, and that could totally be you!
  • You will have a proven ability to be able to manage detailed and time crucial admin tasks, to keep the customer satisfied
  • With a super positive outlook, and a drive to deliver outstanding customer service, you will work closely within our busy team to continuously improve the quality of our service to each and every customer who needs us
  • You will update and maintain our customer database, managing key information when required and keeping the driver/customer up to date with the status of their query, taking ownership from initial contact right through to closure.

You get the point....we've all been that person on the phone to customer services, and we all know how great it feels when you've spoken to someone who has been a knockout customer service champion. We want to provide that, all the time!
