Key Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 support for students with behavioural and emotional needs.
• Develop and implement individualized behaviour management strategies.
• Work closely with teachers and other support staff to ensure students' educational needs are met.
• Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
• Monitor and record students' progress and behaviour.
• Encourage social and emotional development through structured activities.

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in working with children or young people, particularly in a behavioural support capacity.
• Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques.
• Empathy, patience, and a commitment to making a difference in students' lives.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• A proactive approach to problem-solving and promoting positive behaviour.
• Experience with E.H.C.P's
