Job Requirements/Description

Supporting a small team of experienced Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors. Duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing new business applications across the key financial products
  • Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
  • Obtaining illustrations and product literature
  • Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
  • Preparing review packs for client meetings
  • Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
  • Liaising with products providers
  • Actioning Letters of Authority
  • Maintaining accurate client records

The candidate:

  • Minimum of 5 years IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience (Essential)
  • Knowledge of Provider Platforms (Essential)
  • Experience of using XPlan (or similar) (Essential)
  • CashCalc (or similar) (Desirable)
  • FE Analytics (Desirable)
