Supporting a small team of experienced Administrators, Paraplanners, Financial Advisers and Directors. Duties and responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business applications across the key financial products
- Submitting transactions and trade requests including fund switches on and off Platform
- Obtaining illustrations and product literature
- Obtaining Client Portfolio Valuations
- Preparing review packs for client meetings
- Acting as a key point of contact for clients and Financial Advisers/Directors
- Liaising with products providers
- Actioning Letters of Authority
- Maintaining accurate client records
The candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years IFA/Financial Planning Administration experience (Essential)
- Knowledge of Provider Platforms (Essential)
- Experience of using XPlan (or similar) (Essential)
- CashCalc (or similar) (Desirable)
- FE Analytics (Desirable)
