In this dynamic role, you will take responsibility for driving the branch's growth and ensuring strong market penetration. Key duties include tracking and reporting daily sales, overseeing administrative and operational tasks, and working with other managers to identify new market opportunities. You'll also lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets.

This role will be suited to a Branch manager or similar within the Automotive industry, looking for a stable role with a market leading supplier, offering access to a lucrative commission scheme to significantly boost your earnings.

The Role:
Drive Sales and Business growth
Help penetrate new markets
Ensure H&S protocol and business values are maintained
Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00 / 08:30 - 17:30
Alternate Saturday 08:00 - 13:00

The Person:
Automotive Branch / Sales managerial experience
Happy to provide support to sales staff
Can work alternate weekends
Commutable to Leeds
