Commercial Contracts lawyer

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a growing law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Commercial Contracts lawyer to join their team.

If you have experience in Commercial Contracts Law and are looking for a new challenge, Then this role could be the perfect opportunity for you.

This role pays a competitive salary of 60,000 - 70,000 annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities of the Commercial Contracts Lawyer:

• Handling Contracts caseload from start to completion.
• Drafting high value and complex contract documentation.
• Advises clients on the legal implications of terms of contract.
• Experience in Negotiating and drafting

About you as a Contracts Lawyer:

• 4+ years of PQE in Commercial Contracts law
• Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive
• Have strong communication skills written and verbal.
