Property Project Supervisor

As our new Property Project Supervisor, you'll work across the and Jet2holidays UK and Overseas estate. You'll be involved in the project management of a strong pipeline of new property projects and refurbishment of our existing portfolio.

What you'll be doing:

• You'll be involved in the end-to-end management of a wide range of property projects across our estate.
• You'll maintain relationships with 3rd party suppliers and work closely with a variety of other areas of the business.
• You'll make sure that all statutory compliance requirements are met and managed effectively as well as assist in liaising and managing any property related requests from the wider business.
• Using AutoCAD you'll be responsible for the design of our wide ranging property projects.

What you'll have:

• Experience in general construction and fit-out management, ideally from a construction project management background within a commercial property environment.
• An academic qualification in Construction and Project Management coupled with recent experience in the project management of commercial fit-out work.
• Ability to use AutoCAD is essential.
• In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles.
• Sound knowledge of Building Regulations.
• Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards.
• Familiarity with construction/project management software such as MS Project.
• Due to the travel requirements of the role, a full driving licence is required.
