Based in our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office just 6 minutes from Leeds city centre, you'll be joining our Accident Services Team in a position offering a unique opportunity to contribute to the best customer service and make a difference in a crucial support role.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen eye for detail, with proven administration skills, outstanding communications skills, and proficiency in MS Office, including advanced Excel (lookups, pivot tables, formulas, etc.).

So, what will you be doing?

As our Accident Services Administrator, you'll play key role in the administration of vehicle accidents, ensuring the customers journey is seamless. Your duties will include:

  • Act as the first point of contact for driver inquiries during the accident process
  • Help the team achieve required SLAs by efficiently managing several mailboxes
  • Monthly/weekly reporting to support decision-making processes
  • Arrange insurance inspections when needed
  • Log refurbishment, glass, and HGV claims for prompt resolution
  • Liaise with our repair network to gather updates and inform drivers promptl
  • Progress repair claims to conclusion within the shortest timeframe possible
  • Manage the administration of uninured loss and total loss
