TeacherActive is thrilled to be working with Nurseries across Leeds and West Yorkshire, helping recruit for a variety of different positions. The nurseries care for young children aged between 6 months 5 years old, supporting them as they grow and learn new skills. Each nursery is different with their own approaches to children s learning, however they all strive to provide safe and secure environments for the children to settle into and learn new skills.

TeacherActive are searching for Nursery Assistants to fill a number of full-time roles that are available. The position is fulltime, with the successful applicants happy to work Mondays Fridays each week. The ideal applicant must have previous experience working within an Early Years setting, and have a good understanding of the EYFS. The successful Nursery Assistants will be passionate about helping young children have the best start in life.

The successful Nursery Assistants will:

• Be eager to develop their own skills and develop their knowledge of the Early Years Sector
• Have previous experience working with children under the age of 5, ideally within an Early Years setting
• Have an excellent understanding of current Safeguarding and Child Protection laws.
