Senior Project Manager

We are working with a leading consultancy on an exciting opportunity for a Senior Project Manager to join their team in Leeds. This role will involve leading and assisting with a variety of ongoing and new projects across both the public and private sectors.

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing capital projects from initial feasibility through to on-site completion, working within a multi-disciplinary team. There is a great opportunity to expand the range of services and clients, leveraging an established client base and diverse procurement methods.

Other key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Leading and supporting the delivery of public and private sector capital projects.
• Working from project inception through to completion on-site.
• Expanding the range of services and clients through existing relationships.

To be considered, candidates MUST have:

• 3 - 4 years experience working in a multi-disciplinary Chartered Surveying Consultancy.
• Extensive experience in the public and private sectors.
• A strong understanding of the Leeds/Yorkshire market.
• Excellent commercial acumen and technical skills.
• Driving license.
