Job Requirements/Description

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager for a National Contractor in Leeds, West Yorkshire. As the Site Manager you will you will be responsible for carrying out all of the aspects of site management, securing resources, monitoring work and liaising with the management team.

The projects involve overseeing the refurbishment and conversion of a former commercial premises into student accommodation in the Leeds City centre. Experience managing these types of projects is essential and must be illustrated in your CV.

This is a fixed term contract for 12 months starting ASAP

You must possess:

  • SMSTS
  • CSCS card
  • 3-day First Aid certification
  • Refurbishment experience
  • Experience of working in a city centre environment
