Description

As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working in a Contact Centre Environment dealing with claims for customers handling the process from start to finish ensuring the highest level of customer service at all times.

You will be dealing with a wide range of queries and corresponding with customers over email and webchat.

Profile

Previous customer service experience this could be from a range of backgrounds

Confident telephone manner and excellent customer service skills

Able to work in a fast paced volume environment

Excellent organisation skills

A good team player
