As a Customer Solutions Associate, you’ll be the ear that listens to our customers financial struggles, and the voice that guides them through it. It’s hard work, with a real focus on listening skills, making sure we achieve the right outcome for our customers whilst working towards KPI’s. It’s not for everyone, but in this role, you can make a real impact on peoples’ lives.

That means
Starting salary of from a minimum of £23,540 - depending on experience.
Combined annual bonus and incentives up to 30% of annual salary.
Shift pattern: Full time shifts 37.5 hours per week, between 9am to 18.30, with rotational Saturday.
28 days annual leave, with the option to buy 5 more.
Location: Leeds, Thorpe Park, Hybrid working.
