Business Development Manager

Title: Business Development Manager - Social Housing
Location: Leeds
Salary: £55,000 plus bonus

Key Benefits

Role & Responsibilities

• Selling a housing solution to housing associations, local authorities
• Develop contacts and use existing relationships to secure work.
• Attend meetings to showcase the product
• Provide technical advice on the projects
• Liaise with the commercial team to submit tenders and follow up

Required Knowledge & Experience

• Previous experience in construction business development
• Preferably within the social housing / local authority sectors
• Sound technical knowledge and good IT skills
• Full UK driving license.
