Key Responsibilities:
- Overseeing and managing core ground investigation (GI) services across the UK
- Managing projects up to a value of 500k
- Providing leadership and guidance to less experienced engineers
- Conducting site investigations and data collection
- Preparing detailed technical reports and documentation
- Collaborating with clients to understand project requirements
- Ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget
- Maintaining high standards of health and safety on all projects
Job Requirements:
- Significant experience in geotechnical engineering and geology
- Expertise in ground investigation (GI) techniques and methodologies
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and mentor a team
- Excellent technical report writing skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong problem-solving and analytical capabilities
- Relevant degree in geology, geotechnical engineering, or a related discipline
- Full UK driving licence
