I am currently recruiting for a housing association based in Leeds, that requires a Scheme Manager to join their team on an initial temporary basis.

Responsibilities of the Scheme Manager includes:

• Working across a sheltered housing scheme with over 40 units
• Encouraging independent living
• Managing income collection processes
• Ensuring compliance with tenancy checks
• Investigating reports of ASB
• Managing the lettings and nominations process
• Meeting void targets
• Completing communal inspections
• Carrying out health and safety checks

Requirements of the Scheme Manager includes:

• Enhanced DBS check
