A renowned multi-disciplinary consultancy with a strong presence in Leeds are looking for a Project Quantity Surveyor to join their growing team and contribute to a diverse range of exciting projects.

The Project Quantity Surveyors' role

The successful Project Quantity Surveyor will join a collaborative and ambitious team, working across multiple sectors including commercial, residential, education, and healthcare.

You will play a pivotal role in the management of project costs, from feasibility through to completion, while providing expert advice to ensure maximum value is achieved. Duties will include preparing cost estimates, conducting valuations, managing tender processes, and working closely with clients to maintain key relationships.

The Project Quantity Surveyor

  • A degree in Quantity Surveying
  • MRICS qualification
