Contracts Manager

My client is an award winning commercial building and refurbishment specialist looking to recruit an experienced Contract Manager on a full time basis. Typically my clients projects cover new build and refurb retail developments on a fast track basis. Clients include Greggs, Starbucks and Costa with a vast majority of these being drive thru's. You must be experienced at overseeing multiple projects. Again typically you would spend three days in Leeds with the rest of your time visiting projects. Due to the nature of the work being national you must be prepared to travel with the occasional overnight stay at the company's expense.
