A Customer Experience Executive at Zenith is all about providing first line customer service via telephone and email. You won't be bound by a script. Your problem-solving skills will be put to the test here, as each call will be unique, allowing you to showcase your skills.
Based at our state-of-the-art Kirkstall Forge head office, conveniently located just 6 minutes away from Leeds city centre, our salary package starts from £22,575. You'll also have an opportunity to earn an additional bonus up to £1,400 per annum! lets not forget, no weekend working!
Previous experience in Customer Service and in managing multiple queries in strict timescales is key, but of equal importance are confidence, creative problem-solving skills, proficient IT capabilities, a positive attitude, and a strong team player mindset.
