We have a unique opportunity for a Healthy Minds Practitioner to join Northpoint. This role will involve working across the Beeston, Middleton & Hunslet PCN. You will join us on a temporary, fixed-term contract and in return, you will receive a competitive salary.

What you will be doing as our Healthy Minds Practitioner:  

You will play a fundamental role in ensuring patients' mental and emotional health needs are effectively addressed. This role will involve conducting assessments, triaging patients, offering psychoeducation, and providing support. You’ll be utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to empower individuals to manage their mental health and connect them to appropriate resources. 

What are we looking for:

You will play a fundamental role in ensuring patients' mental and emotional health needs are effectively addressed. This role will involve conducting assessments, triaging patients, offering psychoeducation, and providing support. You’ll be utilising a range of therapeutic techniques to empower individuals to manage their mental health and connect them to appropriate resources. 

We may utilise digital interview methods.
